T & S Hardwoods’ Milledgeville Mill is one of the most efficient
sawmills in the hardwood industry. Near the geographical center of Georgia,
it is situated between the state’s Piedmont and upper Coastal Plain regions.
Desirable species include White Ash, Red Oak, White Oak, Tulipwood (Yellow Poplar),
Hickory, tupelo, Soft Maple, Hackberry, Sycamore, Elm and Sap Gum.

Sylvan Hardwoods, located in McRae, Georgia, is situated on
120 acres just 45 miles from a major east-west interstate. The mill draws its resources
from the prime hardwood forests of the Piedmont and upper Coastal Plain regions. Species
include Ash, Red Oak, White Oak and Poplar.
